Zaniac Minecraft™ Summer Camps at Quest STEPS!
This Summer 2023 Zaniac Minecraft Camp will be at St. Thomas Episcopal Parish School's (STEPS) QUEST Summer Camp.
At Zaniac, we use Minecraft™ as a tool to teach real world math, science, engineering, geography, history, technology skills and more. Minecraft™ reinforces math concepts and introduces students to physical, life sciences and engineering concepts.
We call this Game-Based Learning!
Kids learn with their peers in a fun team format while developing critical 21st Century skills such as; initiative, productivity, experimentation, critical reasoning, problem-solving, teamwork and more.
St. Thomas (STEPS) offers full-day camps starting the day with a Zaniac Minecraft morning session, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 11:30 am, during the following weeks:
- Week 1: June 12 - 16, 2023
- *Week 2: June 20 - 23, 2023
Session I: June 12 - June 30
- Week 1: July 10 - 14, 2023
- Week 2: July 17 - 21, 2023
- Week 3: July 24 - 28, 2023
Session II: July 10 - July 28
*4 day week, no class on Monday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth
