Zaniac Minecraft and Zaniac Robotics camps will be hosted in St. Thomas Episcopal Parish School in South Miami. Camps will run in two sessions from 8:30 am - 11:30 am for the following weeks:
Join Zaniac Robotics Camp at St. Thomas to embark on an innovative, creative, and adventurous journey into the world of engineering and robotics! During sessions I and II, rising 1st–5th grade students may participate in Zaniac Robotics Camp. Your mission in this exciting series of engineering, robotics and programming labs is to build and program robots that mimic animals to solve community challenges, create robots that compete in fierce battles against each other, play sports like the best athletes in the world, engineer robots that can help solve pressing environmental issues and much more.
At Zaniac Robotics Summer Camp, the future is in your hands! You'll discover the thrill of robotics while gaining invaluable skills for the future. Robotics will support campers in developing critical and creative thinking, problem-solving, co-creation and teamwork, project planning, productivity, and innovation.
This camp is offered daily from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and can be paired with our Fun Camp from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A minimum of 7 campers is needed to run this program. This camp includes lunch and a camp t-shirt.
Marine biology, engineering and circuitry, architecture and technology of the Olympics, medieval history, navigation, pirate lore and maritime history are some of the unforgettable adventures you will embark on this summer with Zaniac Minecraft Camp at St. Thomas. Zaniac Minecraft Camp is offered to rising 1st-5th grade students throughout SI and SII. This camp offers an exciting blend of fun-filled activities, hands-on learning, and interactive experiences that will leave you inspired and eager to explore new worlds and horizons. Campers will experience the thrill of inventors when building complex machines and structures, designing logic systems, and creating imaginary worlds of the past and the future.
Campers will learn, play, and develop in an engaging and exciting atmosphere at Zaniac Minecraft Camp. Planning and building, problem-solving, co-creation and teamwork, and critical and creative thinking are among the skills students will exercise.
